Today

Today we bought Will some sunglasses. He has been wanting some for a while now. We went to Lens Crafters on Monday but had a very disappointing experience. But Will kept thinking about it so we tried again. This time he found some that he liked, that were comfortable, and they could have done in an hour. He looks good in them!

Then we ate some sushi. Will found a little hole in the wall place called Momo Sushi. The food was really good and the people were really nice. It would have been better if Alana wasn't having such a hard time. She had been screaming all morning. Turns out she was having gas problems and I had left the gas drops back at the house which was a 20 minute drive. It was pretty torturous for everyone, but once we got back and got the meds she was a lot happier.

After that we took a drive to Huntington Beach. We weren't terribly interested in swimming. Just playing. So I sat in the sand with Alana and watched the surfers while Will took Naomi to get her feet wet and play in the sand.

By the time our parking meter was up and we had to go, she was covered in sand! She would have stayed all day if we would have let her.

It was perfect weather. Mostly sunny with a cool breeze. After we finally got everything packed into the car we took a little drive on the Pacific Coast Highway then went back to the house and swam in the pool to get all the sand off.

Thursday Mollie and I finished up some rides at Disneyland then headed over to California adventure and met up with everyone. I wasn't ready to wait in any line that was over 25 minutes.
But we got to see Pluto, Mickey, Buzz Lightyear, and Jesse from Toy Story. Jesse was the best because she took time to play with Naomi AND Alana. She didn't just pose for a picture and go on to the next person.

Will also got me on the California Screamer! It was awesome! Then later that night we had dinner at the Blue Bayou. It was super great, except for when Naomi peed when she was sleeping on me. But we went back and changed then saw the World of Color show. It is basically the water show at the Bellagio except with lights, lasers, and fire added. It was pretty awesome!
