She is such a special girl! Aunt Alex and Uncle Ryan came for the weekend to meet Alana and help us celebrate.
We played in the backyard.
Had a pink cake. ( I forgot the candles - yea for lighters.)
We took Naomi out to breakfast at Denny's and went to the zoo.
This was her favorite dinosaur, Buddy. He was really loud.
Later that night Grandpa Dave and Grandma Jamie took her to McDonald's.

Some things about Naomi.
-She is really smart! She knows her alphabet and can recognize her letters and is working on writing her name.
-She can count to 20 (13 accurately.)
-A lot of stuff she learns off of PBS. I am kind of ashamed to admit it, but sometimes Sid the Science Kid and Cat in the Hat has her attention and can teach better then I can.
-She loves the outdoors, going to the park, playing in dirt.
-Her favorite color is usually whatever color shirt she is wearing that day.
-She gets really excited when people come to visit.
It is really hard to get mad at her when she is singing "I am a Child of God" really loud.
-She understands that thing die. But she has no idea what Daddy does at work. We tried to explain it to her yesterday after a viewing, but it just made her upset.
-She is tall for her age. 40 inches!
-She loves pretending, but mostly loves pretending to do mommy type stuff.
-She loves helping daddy play on the tractor and dig in the dirt.

Happy, Happy Birthday to cute, not so little anymore Naomi. Looks like she had a great day. Too bad we couldn't celebrate with her, but we hope she liked our little something we sent. Give her some big kisses from aunt Dana and uncle Dan. =)
